detlokalakortet.se acts as an intermediary for affiliated local gift cards across the country. We are only responsible for the mediation of the gift card. For all other matters, we refer you to the company or association responsible for the respective gift card.
detlokalakortet.se is owned and operated by Cloud Based Solutions Scandinavia AB (CBScity).
The gift card is not activated until payment has been received and you have confirmed that you have received the delivery in accordance with our instructions. Contact nenad+supportlocal@cbscity.se if you have any questions or problems with this.

For returns or complaints, an unused gift card and proof of purchase are required. Contact us at nenad+supportlocal@cbscity.se or get in touch directly with the company or association responsible for the respective gift card.
Statutory right of withdrawal (within 14 days of delivery) applies only to physical gift cards that have not been activated or used.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to virtual gift cards or businesses.
All prices are in SEK.
Any disputes relating to the purchase of gift cards or otherwise involving CBScity will be settled in a Swedish court, preferably Västmanlands tingsrätt, under Swedish law.
