How do the gift cards work?
In the same way as a debit card with a magnetic stripe. The retailer swipes the card in the terminal and selects signature purchase. The gift card is anonymous so it can be given away, and once the money runs out it can no longer be used.

The gift cards work at all affiliated businesses, such as shops, restaurants etc., in the respective city or shopping mall. A complete list can be found either under each card here in the webshop or on the respective city's or shopping mall's own gift card website.

You can also buy the gift cards in the respective city — there are plenty of points of sale in every city.
What do I do if I lose my gift card?
Contact the city or trade association responsible for the card, or send an email to nenad+supportlocal@cbscity.se and we will help you get in touch with the right person.
